All of us went on a cachaca tasting trip with a guide in a jeep. One of the most famous cachaca producers is Maria Izabel. This barefoot lady left a great impression on us. She still use a wood fire still and take only the heart of the distill product, discarding the head and tail unlike most other big producers.
