Exploring Illes du Salut

The first morning we were woken by the cry of macaws, lying in bed I could see them through the hatch, flying above the trees…. We found paradise. Later we went ashore with the dogs to explore the island. We wandered along well kept foot paths, between old ruins and thick lush tropical forests.
