Land Ahoy!
Always great to see land after few days at sea!
One need good charts to know what to look for to know where to go, upon arrival of a new port or bay. The approach entry of Degrad des Cannes is very well marked with Bouys and no dangers close to the entry. (Unlike the extremely narrow entry with reefs at both sides at Natal). After only 7 days and 4 hours we dropped anchor in front of the marina. Looking back on this trip I know we were tremendously blessed with good wind and current, NO RAIN, full moon and starry skies every evening, good fishing and visits by dolphins.
