Granada

We left Suriname at 6am on the 4th of November 2010. We were heading for Grenada 540nm Northwest of Suriname. We headed about 100nm out on sea to go past Tobago and to avoid Piracy on the British Guyana coast. We once again were blessed with no rain, little swell and fair winds. The Auto pilot did not work, but “Helmut” the hydrovane were steering as long as there were wind. We had to steer manually 2 of the 5 nights. Fishing were not so good, we landed only 2 yelowfin Tunas on deck. On 9 November 6am we sailed into Prikly bay, Grenada. At first sight we thought there could not be space for us. We have never seen so many boats anchored at one bay, but we entered the bay and found ample space. A Lovely old Tall ship entered the bay a few minutes after us.
