Rooikuiseb Camping / October 2012

Muddy boy's ashes, buried at his favourite hunting grounds.
We arranged with the new owners of Rooikuiseb farm to camp on Christelle’s birthday-weekend at “James Camp”, our beloved campsite, to bury Muddy’s ashes with his brother, James.
Our close friends, Jan & Margo and their 2 sons, Pierre and Silke, Samuel & Rochelle and their 3 children, Nardia & Schalk and Christelle’s parents joined this weekend.

All the 4x4's on a game drive.
We found a "new"fountain in this harsh dry land.
Nardia & Schalk
Jan, Margo, Pierre and Silke served a delicious lunch (home made "boerewors"and all)
 in the Rooikuiseb Canyon.
Die Ventertjies.
Pa Polla.
Quiver tree (the bushmen made their Quivers for the arrows from these trees.)
A spider we found in a nest like a birds nest, just no hole for entrance.
