Boca Chica June 2013

The easting from Barahona to Boca Chica was slow but painless with a stop at Palmar de Ocoa.

Marina Zar Par, Boca Chica is one of our least favourite places because they force you to use the very expensive moorings and is in cahoots with the coast guard to charge you extra.

We had to get a visa for Venezuela in Santo Domingo and had no choice really.

We managed to get the visa with a little help of Chrija and Venezuelan embassy back home.

We checked out of Boca Chica and Dominican Republic, heading for Isla Saona and beyond.
