Cuba, Cienfuegos, March/April 2016
Thursday, 24 March, "Nomad" and "Songerie" dropped the moorings at Grand Cayman and set sail for Cuba.
Under light winds we hooked again a Mahi-Mahi, we officially won the fishing tournament with Nomad! (and lost the race by a few hours) Imagine Jaco's surprise when reeling in the half eaten barracuda early morning after we crossed a bank close to Cienfuegos!

The next week we spend catching up with old friend Lilly and celebrating her birthday, also stocking food supplies and much needed rum and cigars!
How to decide which rum and cigars to buy can be tricky, we solved this dilemma by sharing a rum/cigar tasting evening with Nomad! Here a strong bond of friendship started between us and the Texan, Nate and Brazilian, Ana!
