Two weeks in Puerto la Cruz was enough and we were ready to
go sailing again.
We had all the paint and material that we needed to do some
work at anchor.
Any trip going east from Puerto la Cruz includes a stop at
Mochima to see our friend Carlos Rojas and to have a meal at his Restaurant
Porto Viejo.

The next stop is at beautiful Laguna Grande, a colorful big bay on the north coast of Golf of Cariaco.
We have been here before, loved it but now even more with new information from Jean-Pierre of T-Bag sailing Catamaran. He told us about the scallops and mussels to be found in the Lagoon. The next days we dived the lagoon for and indulged in scallops and mussels meals out of this world. We rate this as top of the seafood list!
