Isla la Tortuga, August 2014

anchorage at Palanquinos

We cast off for Isla la Tortuga early morning and arrived by 2pm at Palanquinos where we anchored for one night. The new heavier anchor set immediately, one problem solved. Next problem is getting supper! Jaco solved that quickly by finding 2 big lobsters.

We joined our friends at Cayo Heradura the following day for one night before going on to Los Roques.

New dingy, new camouflage wet suit, new fins.... ready, steady, go!
