Molas from San blas

Before leaving San Blas I bought a few Molas. We are not experts in Molas, but we bought affordable Molas with beautiful fine hand needlework and designs.

The mola forms part of the traditional outfit of a Kuna woman, two mola panels being incorporated as front and back panels in a blouse.

In the Kuna's native language, "mola" means "shirt" or "clothing".
