On the way to Porvenir we stopped a couple of nights anchoring at various of the islands around Lemmon Cays. This beautiful area were far too busy for us! Over crowded with over full charter boats or long staying cruisers.
The checking in at Porvenir went all very smooth... although leaving the office we were speechless, being "robbed" in broad daylight of 400U$; 100U$/passport, 200U$ for the boat. Then one still needs to pay 60U$/month for the Kunas and the on and off thief asking for 10U$ anchor fees.
